Innovation, diversification and authenticity are the watchwords for our wines with no added sulfites or SO2.
Most of our harvest is vinified in concrete vats, which are then divided into 225-liter barrels and 500-liter jars. The French oak barrels, which are only lightly burned, give the cuvée a nice roundness and fatness, without weighing the wine down with external aromas.
