This blend, with no added sulfites, is vinified and aged in French oak barrels (full vinification). Made from hand-picked and hand-sorted grapes to retain only the best of the fruit, this deep-colored vin de garde is characterized by a nose of stewed and roasted fruit.
Velvety and warm on the palate, it's the perfect accompaniment to meats in sauce or full-bodied cheeses.
